Marcello Tulone, qualified in Italy in 1992 and worked in private practices in his home town up to 1997 when he moved to the UK.
In 2001, Marcello achieved a Master in Prosthodontics (crowns bridgework and dentures) at Manchester University and gained further experience in advanced restorative dentistry and complex root canals treatments working as clinical assistant at the St Georges Hospital in London.
Through his careers he has developed an interest in various aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (including clear aligners) and acupuncture for the management of gag reflex and anxious patients.
He is the Principal at the Watercress Dental Practice since April 2006.

Tom Rands qualified from University London Hospital in London in 1986.
He worked in hospital and completed a year postgraduate training before joining a general practice, specializing in the treatment of anxious patients.
In 1997 he completed training and exams to gain membership of the Royal College of Surgeons. Following this he joined Boots to help set up and run dental practices throughout the country.
Over the next ten years he became a Senior Clinical Dentist and had responsibility for auditing standards of work carried out within the company.
Dr Rands lives in Alton, is married with 3 children.

Chris Gorman is the Dental Hygienist/Therapist here at Watercress House Dental.
He graduated from Birminghan University in 2011.
His aim is to improve our patient's oral health with tailored advice and care. As a Therapist Chris also provides simple restorations on both adult and children.
Outside of practice Chris enjoys watching sports, playing golf, cooking, walking and travel.

Anna qualified in 2018 from the University of Portsmouth gaining a BSc Honours in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. She has since won the National Student of the Year Award 2018 by the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
Previously, Anna worked as a dental nurse for nearly 10 years and prides herself in providing essential preventative care to both adults and children.
As a hygienist and therapist Anna can carry out dental hygiene appointments as well as take X-rays, carry out tooth whitening, place temporary dressings and provide treatments such as fillings, fissure sealants and children's extractions.

Ihab has 20 years of clinical experience in the field of Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He graduated in 1988 and had his postgraduate training in a number of excellent Oral and Maxillofacial units all over the UK since 1995. He held the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Oral surgery and Oral Medicine in 1997. He was awarded the certificate of completion of specialist training in Oral Surgery in 2001 and has been put on the Specialist register in the UK and Europe.
His main area of expertise involves Dentoalveolar Surgery such as retained roots, impacted wisdom teeth, curve rooted teeth and Orthodontic Aided Oral Surgery. Implantology including single implants, multiple implants, immediate placements, Teeth in a Day, Fast & Fixed, All on 4. Orofacial Trauma, Minor Orofacial soft tissue surgeries, Salivary gland surgery, TMJ dysfunction syndrome, Apicectomy (single rooted and lower molars) and Facial pain. After graduating In Italy in 1993 Paolo moved to Canada and USA in 1997 where he developed interest and gained experience in Orthodontics and Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJD) at the University of Toronto (with an internship at the Mount Sinai Hospital of Toronto), University of Montreal, and University of Rochester in New York. He was Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto and University of Rochester and returned briefly in Italy at the University of Turin as Adjunct Professor in Orthodontics. He is International lecturer and published scientific papers.
He is a committed Specialist Orthodontist that enjoy treating both children and adults using different brace systems, including lingual braces and invisible aligners.
Paolo is very caring providing excellent results and great smiles for his patients, frequently without the need for extractions. In 2012 he received the Sikelè Award for his clinical and scientific achievements.

Dr Reza studied at QUMS in Iran where qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2010. He then started working in private practice as a general dentist.
He received a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontology at King’s College London and Membership of Endodontics at Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2017.
He now works as a Locum Consultant in Endodontics at King’s College Hospital, where he is also an active member of trauma clinic dealing with variety of traumatic teeth complications and supervises the postgraduate trainees (future specialists in Endodontics) as well as seeing patients for complex root canal treatment.
